6turnipsmedium sized, peeled and cut into large cubes
2tablespoonsmelted butter
2tablespoonschopped parsley
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
Saltpepper, and paprika
Instructions
Boil turnips in lightly salted water until tender. Drain in a colander. Return to the pan, and add in the melted butter, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
