Grilled Vegetable Vinaigrette

Ingredients

olive oil

white wine vinegar

Dijon mustard

shallot
minced

salt

teaspoon
sugar
Pinch
of white pepper
Instructions
Whisk all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Toss with grilled vegetables just before arranging on a serving platter.
