Ingredients

vegetable oil

fresh squeezed lemon juice

Dijon mustard

chopped fine parsley

chopped fine chives

chopped fine lemon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk the oil, lemon juice, mustard, and herbs together until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
