3 3-inchlong strips of lemon zestyellow part only, removed with a vegetable peeler or paring knife
6tablespoonsfresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Stir the water, honey, and fennel seeds together in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Remove from the stove, and add in the tea bags and lemon zest strips. Steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea into a heat-proof pitcher, and let it cool.
Add in the lemon juice.
Chill for at least one hour, or until very cold. Sweeten the tea more if needed.
