Creamy Mint Dressing

A simple creamy salad dressing made with plain yogurt using your garden fresh mint. Use spearmint if you have it, otherwise peppermint will do.

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chopped mint
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
